Ingredients:
8 oz Linguine or Spaghetti pasta
3 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Olive oil
3 Green Onions, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup White Wine
1/4 cup Grated Parmigiano Romano cheese
1/4 cup Grated Asiago cheese
Handful of fresh Italian parsley, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add green onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through.
5. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes to reduce slightly.
6. Add cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp and sauce.
7. Stir in Parmigiano Romano, Asiago cheese and the fresh parsley, mixing well until the pasta is coated.
8. Season with salt to taste.
