INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

  • 1 1/4 cups milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of Vanilla extract

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

  • Mixing Bowls

  • Spatula

  • Whisk

  • Pancake Turner

  • Pancake Dispenser or Ladle


Directions:

1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

2. In a separate bowl, beat together the milk and egg.

3. Stir in the vanilla and melted butter.

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just blended. It's okay if there are a few lumps.

5. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.

6. Use your Pancake Dispenser or ladle to scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

7. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

8. Serve hot with your favourite toppings like maple syrup, fresh fruit, or chocolate chips.
