Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut cream (chilled overnight)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Kitchen Equipment:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

  • Measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • Spatula


Directions:

1. Chill a mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.

2. Scoop out the solidified coconut cream from the chilled can (discard the liquid) and place it in the cold mixing bowl.

3. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the coconut cream on high speed for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.

4. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped coconut cream.

5. Continue whipping on high speed for another 1-2 minutes until well combined and fluffy.

6. Use the whipped cream vanilla frosting to decorate your cakes, cupcakes, or pastries.
