  • 1 egg

Directions

1. Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create thinner pieces.

2. Place each chicken piece between two sheets of plastic wrap and use a meat mallet to pound them until thin.

3. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.

4. Add the chicken breasts to the egg mixture, ensuring they are coated well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, up to 3 hours to marinate.

5. In a flat shallow plate or baking pan, combine the Italian breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

7. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
