Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed

  • 1/2 cup Franks hot sauce

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • (Optional)Ranch dip or blue cheese dip for serving

Description:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Toss the chicken wings in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.

4. Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, turning the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

6. Serve the hot buffalo wings with a side of ranch dip.
