15 graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 ½ cups white sugar
1 lemon zest
¾ cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9-inch springform pan.

Mix cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl until smooth. Blend in milk, then mix in eggs, one at a time, until just combined.

Pour filling onto prepared crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Turn the oven off; let cheesecake cool in the oven with the door closed for 6 to 7 hours to prevent cracking.
Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
